Defense Contractors Go Anti-white

Christopher Rufo has obtained original documents showing Lockheed Martin sending white senior executives to take part in a diversity training program.

The program was run by a group called White Men As Full Diversity Partners. One of the exercises in this program was to take the participants and have them discuss statements such as, “I can commit acts of terrorism, violence, or crime and not have it attributed to my race”; “My reproductive organs are not seen as the property of other men, the government, and/or even strangers because of my gender.”

One of the final exercises was to have them read statements from fictional people. Statements like, “I’m tired of being black”; “I’m tired of hearing about how we need a wall at the southern border but not on the northern border”; “I’m tired of the desire or comment to remove race- the concept that we should be colorblind.”

The founders Welp and Bill Proudman have stated that the goal is to help white males understand the privileges that have given them unearned benefits. These programs are designed to aid people in finding out the underlying framework of white culture. This includes things such as “hard work”, “individualism” and “striving for success”.
