Trump Election Bombshell TRIGGERS Major Visa Fight

Florida Representative Anna Paulina Luna is demanding the immediate cancellation of all student visas held by Chinese nationals studying in the United States, citing recently declassified intelligence about election interference by the Chinese Communist Party.

Massive Voter Data Breach Revealed

The call for action follows President Donald Trump’s national address last week revealing what he described as the largest election data compromise in American history. Declassified documents show China obtained 220 million U.S. voter files starting during the 2020 election cycle. The stolen information includes names, addresses, phone numbers, political party preferences, and other sensitive data that could be used to register votes and conduct other illegal activities.

Luna wrote to Secretary of State Marco Rubio on July 20, urging the immediate suspension and cancellation of all F-1 and J-1 student visas issued to Chinese nationals. The Florida Republican stated that every single Chinese student visa needs to be canceled immediately as a necessary and proportionate response to documented state-sponsored efforts to undermine American elections.

State Department Response Limited

The State Department declined to comment specifically on the congressional correspondence when contacted by Fox News Digital on Tuesday. A department spokesperson noted only that the Trump Administration protects the nation by upholding the highest standards of national security and public safety through its visa process. The limited response leaves unclear whether the administration will act on Luna’s urgent request.

Comprehensive Review Demanded

In her letter to Rubio, Luna urged the State Department to immediately review and revoke all active student visas held by Chinese nationals. She also called for halting the issuance of new visas to Chinese nationals pending a full accounting of the extent of this infiltration. Luna emphasized the need for a comprehensive review of vetting procedures at American institutions of higher education.

National Security At Stake

The controversy emerged alongside reports of China constructing a full-scale replica of a U.S. Navy destroyer in a remote desert location. Combined with the massive voter data breach, these developments highlight growing concerns about Chinese intelligence operations targeting American security interests. Luna’s demand represents one of the most aggressive congressional responses to date regarding Chinese nationals studying at American universities and their potential connections to state-sponsored espionage activities.
